Welcome Current and Future Residents of Abrams Pointe!

Abrams Pointe is one of Frederick County’s newer subdivisions offering custom built homes nestled adjacent to the Abrams Creek Preserve.  We offer convenience to local shopping, scenic surroundings, less than an hour to Dulles International Airport, and much more!

The Abrams Pointe Homeowners Association represents Phases 1A, 1B, and 1C of the Abrams Pointe Community covering all homes located on Abrams Pointe Boulevard, Harold Court, and Jeni Court, as well as 205 Williamson Road and 207 Williamson Road.

Homes in Phases 2A, 2B, 4A, and 4B of the Abrams Pointe Community are currently under construction by Richmond American Homes and are separately managed by the Abrams Community Association HOA. This includes all homes located on Sundial Court, Triangle Court, Petry Court, and Pawn Court, as well as 100 Malbec Court, 164 to 187 Williamson Road, and 203 Williamson Road.

Site development in Phases 3A, 3B, and 3C of the Abrams Pointe Community has begun, these homes will be constructed by Maronda Homes, and will be separately managed by a separate homeowners association.
