Abrams Pointe HOA Public Documents

Abrams Pointe Homeowners' Association is registered with the Common Interest Community Board (CICB) of the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. In accordance with CICB regulations, as amended on July 1, 2023, the resale certificate is required to requested by the seller of the property. The information in the resale certificate should be shared with the buyer of the property. The resale certificate can be provided in either electronic format (preferred) or paper. The seller is required to pay for the resale certificate at the time of the request. Please use the Contact Us page to request a resale certificate. The service times and fees are listed below:

• Standard Service - provided within 14 calendar days. Electronic fee is $176.64 and paper fee is $211.96.
• Expedited Service - provided within 5 business days. Electronic fee is $247.30 and paper fee is $282.62.
